There's a cutscene where the main character quotes him:

It's a really good game. And you're totally right, what the hell is up with the lack of good games?? The new Mario, Zelda, and Metroid games are the only ones I'm interested in...

i really liked no more heroes so the sequel shold be cool, not sure about mario galaxy 2, loved the fist one, reason i got the wii and no regrets, but 2.. not sure about metroid either and im a huge fan of the series, recentally got madworld cause i love that studio, played for an hour and well, thats the end of that, biggest nintendo fan since i was a kid but now the 360 gets all my love!! what a shame ha

Oh yeah, I forgot about No More Heroes 2...that game should be awesome.
